Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer in fertilisers shall apply to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Registrar of Co-operative Societies shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
