Surrender of certificate.—Every service provider who ceases to carry on the provision of services shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Consumer Protection Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every standard held by him has been disposed of.
