Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensee of a firing range shall apply to the Government of Maharashtra in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Government of Maharashtra shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
