Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dormant company shall apply to the Tribunal in Form DIR-12 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
