Intimation of change.—Every dormant company shall intimate to the Tribunal, in Form ADT-1 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
