Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the exhibitor shall apply to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in Form V for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
