Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Board of Film Certification in the custody of the Authorised Officer, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Board of Film Certification; and where the Authorised Officer having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form VIII within fifteen days of the succession.
