Application for registration.—Every third party carrying on the furnishing of information relating to a third party shall make an application for registration to the Lokpal in Form A, within five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every register of requests held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for five days from that date.
