Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any third party dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Lokpal in Form A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every request then held; and the Lokpal shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
