Intimation of change.—Every operator of a fuel station shall intimate to the National Executive Committee, in Form D and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the National Executive Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
