Application for registration.—Every nursing home carrying on the running of a nursing home shall make an application for registration to the Appropriate Authority in Form 21, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every certificate of registration held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
