Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any fit person dies, his legal representative shall, within three days of the death, intimate the death to the State Commission for Women in Form III, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of children then held; and the State Commission for Women shall enter the intimation in the register within three days of its receipt.
