Application for registration.—Every organiser of a beauty contest carrying on the holding of a beauty contest shall make an application for registration to the District Child Protection Unit in Form VIII, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every home study report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
