Surrender of certificate.—Every record officer who ceases to carry on the maintenance of records shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Lokayukta in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every request held by him has been disposed of.
