Application for registration.—Every copyright society carrying on the administration of rights by a copyright society shall make an application for registration to the Copyright Board in Form 5, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand six hundred rupees and a statement of every geographical indication held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
