Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the organiser of a public function shall apply to the Screening Committee in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Screening Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
