Surrender of certificate.—Every mortgagor who ceases to carry on the mortgaging of immovable property shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 5 of the manner in which every plan of the land held by him has been disposed of.
