Application for registration.—Every private tutor carrying on the giving of private tuition shall make an application for registration to the Commission in Form B, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every recognition held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
