Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any licensee of a patent dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Registrar of Geographical Indications in Form 5, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every application then held; and the Registrar of Geographical Indications shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
