Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee of a patent who ceases to carry on the working of a patent under licence shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Geographical Indications in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 18 of the manner in which every opposition held by him has been disposed of.
