Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the holder of a photography permit shall apply to the Director of Tourism in Form VIII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Director of Tourism shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
