Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of a photography permit who ceases to carry on photography at a protected monument shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Tourism in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every antiquity held by him has been disposed of.
