Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any holder of a photography permit dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Director of Tourism in Form I, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every antiquity then held; and the Director of Tourism shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
