Intimation of change.—Every person carrying on an industry shall intimate to the Environmental Appellate Authority, in Form VII and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Environmental Appellate Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
