Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the person carrying on an industry shall apply to the Environmental Appellate Authority in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Environmental Appellate Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
