Language of records and returns.—Every record, return, application and intimation under these rules shall be written in the official language of the Government of West Bengal or in English, shall be legible and free from erasure, and where a correction is made in a record it shall be initialled by the person carrying on an industry with the date on which it was made; and where a document furnished to the Environmental Appellate Authority is in any other language, it shall be accompanied by a translation certified in Form V.
