Grant of certificate of registration.—The Medical Benefit Council shall, on being satisfied that the application is complete and that the fee of ten rupees has been paid, register the applicant, shall issue to him a certificate of registration in Form 12 within thirty days of the receipt of the application, and shall enter in the register the number and date of the certificate and the particulars of every declaration form stated in the application.
