Fees.—The fee of twenty-five thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of five thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the State Election Commission by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form 17A; and the State Election Commission shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within seven days of its receipt.
