Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any shipping agent reporting crew dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Registration Officer in Form D, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every registration certificate then held; and the Registration Officer shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
