Application for registration.—Every landholder carrying on the cultivation of land shall make an application for registration to the District Registrar in Form 4, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every notice of acquisition held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three hundred and sixty-five days from that date.
