Intimation of change.—Every occupier of land used for manoeuvres shall intimate to the Director-General, in Form D and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director-General shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
