Surrender of certificate.—Every occupier of land used for manoeuvres who ceases to carry on the use of land for manoeuvres shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director-General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every stores held by him has been disposed of.
