Application for registration.—Every occupier of land used for manoeuvres carrying on the use of land for manoeuvres shall make an application for registration to the Director-General in Form F, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every lease deed held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
