Application for registration.—Every e-commerce entity carrying on the carrying on of e-commerce shall make an application for registration to the Central Authority in Form B, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every measure held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
