Intimation of change.—Every ship repairer shall intimate to the Mercantile Marine Department, in Form 7 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Mercantile Marine Department shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
