Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any organiser of a pilgrimage dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Hotel Classification Committee in Form II, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every art treasure then held; and the Hotel Classification Committee shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
