Surrender of certificate.—Every sports academy who ceases to carry on the running of a sports academy shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Sports Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every register of athletes held by him has been disposed of.
