Application for registration.—Every occupant of public premises carrying on the occupation of public premises shall make an application for registration to the Land Acquisition Officer in Form 1, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every notice of acquisition held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three hundred and sixty-five days from that date.
