Surrender of certificate.—Every aggregator who ceases to carry on the aggregation of transport services shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Licensing Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 38 of the manner in which every certificate of fitness held by him has been disposed of.
