Maintenance of premises.—Every owner of a vehicle used for election purposes shall keep the premises where the use of vehicles for election purposes is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every affidavit of a candidate kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the use of vehicles for election purposes, and shall furnish to the Chief Electoral Officer in Form 2A, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
