Intimation of change.—Every owner of a vehicle used for election purposes shall intimate to the Chief Electoral Officer, in Form 12 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Electoral Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
