Surrender of certificate.—Every auctioneer who ceases to carry on the sale of property by auction shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Government in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every certificate of stamp duty held by him has been disposed of.
