Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Registrar of the Commission in the custody of the Deputy Secretary, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Registrar of the Commission; and where the Deputy Secretary having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form A within thirty days of the succession.
