Intimation of change.—Every petitioner before an authority shall intimate to the Registrar of the Commission, in Form D and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of the Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
