Fees.—The fee of five thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of ten thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Registrar of the Commission by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form H; and the Registrar of the Commission shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within sixty days of its receipt.
