Intimation of change.—Every importer shall intimate to the Joint Commissioner, in Form GSTR-9 and within twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Joint Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
