Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the lessee shall apply to the Custodian of Enemy Property in Form 5 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Custodian of Enemy Property shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three hundred and sixty-five days of the application.
