Application for registration.—Every lessee carrying on the holding of immovable property on lease shall make an application for registration to the Custodian of Enemy Property in Form 5, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every certificate of registration held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
