Surrender of certificate.—Every lessee who ceases to carry on the holding of immovable property on lease shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Custodian of Enemy Property in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every plan of the land held by him has been disposed of.
