Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any lessee dies, his legal representative shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Custodian of Enemy Property in Form 8, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of documents then held; and the Custodian of Enemy Property shall enter the intimation in the register within thirty days of its receipt.
